Selon l'annexe B de la norme ISO 9626, l'essai consiste \u00e0 soutenir une longueur sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e de tube aux deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s et \u00e0 appliquer une force connue \u00e0 l'aiguille. <strong data-start=\"2287\" data-end=\"2319\">force descendante en son centre<\/strong>. Le montant de <strong data-start=\"2335\" data-end=\"2349\">d\u00e9viation<\/strong> est ensuite mesur\u00e9e pour d\u00e9terminer la rigidit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2540\">Ce test permet de d\u00e9terminer le degr\u00e9 de flexion du tube sous l'effet d'une charge - un facteur cl\u00e9 pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 de l'emballage. <strong data-start=\"2498\" data-end=\"2537\">la stabilit\u00e9 de l'aiguille pendant l'insertion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"2542\" data-end=\"2567\">Aper\u00e7u de la proc\u00e9dure<\/h4>\n<ol data-start=\"2568\" data-end=\"2856\">\n<li data-start=\"2568\" data-end=\"2669\">\n<p data-start=\"2571\" data-end=\"2669\">La tubulure est plac\u00e9e sur un <strong data-start=\"2597\" data-end=\"2628\">appareil d'essai de rigidit\u00e9<\/strong> avec une port\u00e9e d\u00e9finie en fonction de sa taille.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2768\">\n<p data-start=\"2673\" data-end=\"2768\">A <strong data-start=\"2675\" data-end=\"2694\">piston de chargement<\/strong> applique une force descendante \u00e0 une vitesse comprise entre <strong data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"2765\">1 mm\/min et 10 mm\/min<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2769\" data-end=\"2856\">\n<p data-start=\"2772\" data-end=\"2856\">Le <strong data-start=\"2776\" data-end=\"2790\">d\u00e9viation<\/strong> au point de chargement est enregistr\u00e9e \u00e0 l'unit\u00e9 la plus proche. <strong data-start=\"2842\" data-end=\"2853\">0,01 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"2858\" data-end=\"3058\">Une rigidit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e indique un tube plus solide qui r\u00e9siste \u00e0 la flexion, tandis qu'une rigidit\u00e9 plus faible peut sugg\u00e9rer une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9. Ces deux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sont importantes en fonction de l'application m\u00e9dicale envisag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3060\" data-end=\"3349\"><strong data-start=\"3060\" data-end=\"3098\">Testeur de rigidit\u00e9 de Cell Instruments<\/strong> offre un syst\u00e8me de chargement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 avec pr\u00e9cision et une mesure num\u00e9rique du d\u00e9placement, enti\u00e8rement conformes aux exigences de la norme ISO 9626. Ce test simule les conditions r\u00e9elles dans lesquelles une aiguille peut \u00eatre soumise \u00e0 des contraintes cycliques lors de sa manipulation ou de son utilisation.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"3667\" data-end=\"3688\">Principe du test<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"3689\" data-end=\"4019\">Une extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la tubulure est fix\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on rigide, et une autre extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 est fix\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on fixe. <strong data-start=\"3735\" data-end=\"3761\">force de flexion r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e<\/strong> est appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 une distance sp\u00e9cifique. Le tube est pli\u00e9 alternativement dans des directions oppos\u00e9es selon un angle d\u00e9fini - typiquement <strong data-start=\"3887\" data-end=\"3920\">25\u00b0 pour les tubes \u00e0 paroi normale<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"3922\" data-end=\"3945\">20\u00b0 pour les parois minces<\/strong>et <strong data-start=\"3951\" data-end=\"3987\">15\u00b0 pour les tubes \u00e0 paroi ultra-mince<\/strong> - pour <strong data-start=\"3994\" data-end=\"4016\">20 cycles complets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4021\" data-end=\"4096\">Apr\u00e8s le test, la tubulure est examin\u00e9e visuellement pour d\u00e9tecter tout signe de rupture.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-54ef89d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con
